We’ve resolved your motor-gearbox compatibility concerns. Our new universal coupling system allows you to pair Helical In-line and Helical Bevel gearboxes with any motor type—IEC, NEMA, AC, DC, or Servo—using a single, standardized cover.

• Ultimate Flexibility: Change motor types (IEC to NEMA or AC to Servo) simply by swapping the motor-side half-coupling and flange. No need to replace the entire gearbox.

• Unlock Servo Potential: The keyless clamping design is built for high-performance brushless motors. Handle rapid accelerations, sharp decelerations, and instant reversals without the risk of shearing a keyway.

• Zero “Tribocorrosion”: Traditional sleeves often “weld” to the motor shaft over time due to contact oxidation. Our dual-steel half-coupling design ensures the motor always slides off easily, even after years of operation.

• Cooler Operation, Longer Life: The synthetic elastic element dampens vibration and reduces heat transfer. Lower operating temperatures mean your oil seals and lubricants last significantly longer.

The system uses two precision-engineered steel half-couplings joined by a high-durability synthetic elastic element. The motor-side hub features an integrated clamping device, providing a secure, 360° grip on the shaft. This eliminates the need for a traditional keyway, ensuring a more balanced and reliable power transmission.
