Economical Servo Gearhead Introduced

DieQua is pleased to announce the establishment of a marketing agreement with the company Planetroll of Munderkingen, Germany. Planetroll manufactures the Planetdrive line of economical planetary servo gearheads.

This product line was developed to provide a highly reliable solution for servo applications requiring less precision and backlash control. The prime benefits are lower cost, quick delivery, and easy mounting.

Six frame sizes are available from 40mm to 190mm with torque capacities from 5 Nm to 480 Nm. A wide variety of ratios are offered. Servo, IEC, and NEMA adapters accommodate virtually all motor types.

Other benefits include open motor pilot tolerances for easy motor assembly and motor shaft length compensation for thermal expansion. Lifetime grease lubrication is also provided which allows mounting in any direction.

The marketing agreement encompasses all of North America. This new program perfectly compliments DieQua's other motion gear products which include the Servofoxx precision planetary and planetary bevel gearheads, the Dynabox servo worm gearheads, and the WATT Drive helical gear product lines.
