DieQua to Exhibit at Pack Expo 2006

DieQua Corporation will be spending their Halloween exhibiting at the upcoming Pack Expo Show to be held in Chicago's McCormick Place from October 29 to November 2, in the South Hall, Booth #S-2783.

This national packaging show presents the largest and most diverse collection of packaging machinery in one North American location. Many new machine designs will be introduced to highlight the expanding technology within this industry.

With the increase in automation, speed, and versatility, the packaging machinery marketplace is an important one. With the widest range of gear drive products available from a single source, DieQua is poised to be a major supply partner to the manufacturers of this type of equipment.

The main theme of DieQua's message is that we are a one stop shop for all the gearboxes required within a packaging machine, along with offering the expertise to assist in the proper integration of the correct product for the specific application. For motion control requirements, DieQua will be showing perhaps the most extensive grouping of servo gear head solutions available. Several inline and right angle designs, in both the precision and economy levels, will be highlighted. These gear technologies include inline planetary, single output bevel planetary, dual output planetary bevel, helical bevel, helical worm, and precision worm designs. A variety of precision levels, mounting arrangements, shaft configurations and ratios provide the design versatility necessary in today's machine design arena.

For power transmission and speed control applications, DieQua will be presenting their range of helical gear motors and speed reducers. High power density and extreme reliability are the main benefits which are supported by offering several design configurations and a large list of options that can satisfy the specific needs of the application.

Other gear products to be shown include an extensive line of low backlash spiral bevel gearboxes featuring more ratios, shaft configurations, and special designs than available anywhere else. For mechanical speed control, a unique explosion proof traction drive provides full torque down to zero speed. For position and timing control applications a specialized shaft phasing gearbox will also be shown.

For connection and safety, DieQua will also be exhibiting a range of coupling and torque limiting products featuring zero backlash bellow and elastomer insert designs. A newly developed fiber reinforced plastic design will also be introduced.

For lifting and positioning requirements, DieQua will be showing their new developments in screw jack technology. With a variety of mounting and control options, automating these types of drives has never been easier.
