DieQua to Exhibit at Label Expo 2006

DieQua Corporation is pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at the upcoming Label Expo Show, to be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, in Rosemont, IL, from September 11-14. This show highlights all the recent developments in machinery, materials, components, and processes that relate to the manufacture of tags, labels, and other converted paper products.

This industry has gone through some dramatic changes with regard to how machines are driven. The advent of more sophisticated servo control has altered the thinking of machine designers and users alike. Deciding on the proper drive design is a topic much debated.

DieQua has been a supplier to this industry for over 25 years, providing precision gear products for traditional line shaft applications. Low backlash spiral bevel gearboxes and shaft phasing gearboxes, used for registration and tension control, have been a mainstay in the growth of both productivity and quality of the products produced by this industry.

But with the new technology comes new requirements. The continuing development of servo control has provided an element of increased versatility to the printing and converting process. DieQua recognized this trend in its early stages and has created a product offering to take advantage of these developments.

Along with our traditional line shaft drives, DieQua will be showing one of the most extensive lines of servo gearhead products available. Although many press manufacturers tout a "gearless" design, this is really a misnomer. Almost all include a gearhead with the servo motor to take advantage of mechanical power efficiencies.

We will be highlighting a variety of both inline and right angle drives. Each group will include precision and more economically priced options, to provide maximum design versatility and optimal performance. Along with these products, we'll also provide the know how to help you choose which one is best for your application.
