In many organizations the customer service department handles a wide variety of tasks. At DieQua Corporation the inside sales staff handles technical questions and takes the order. But once the order is taken, customer service goes into action. They are responsible for order processing, scheduling, expediting, and shipping. It is these internal activities that assure on time deliveries.
Two dedicated staff members, Terri Delis and Susan Miles, lead this important department. Terri has several years of order administration experience and has been instrumental in streamlining the expedite process. She has instituted a customer notification procedure to advise customers in advance of any pending delivery issues. Customer communication is a prime focus for her.
Susan Miles is the newest member of this department, although she is not new to DieQua. Her attention to detail and orientation towards customer service makes her a natural for her new position.
